Please complete and return the Order Form to the address provided together with the cheque / bank draft in Hong Kong dollars made payable to “The Hong Kong Polytechnic University”.
Order from Macau & China:
Please fax, email or mail the completed Order Form to the address provided and we will subsequently notify you about the payment procedures.
