– Frail Elder Primary Occupation - Leisure Occupational therapy helps elders with physical or/and mental problems which are related to aging or recent injuries. Some activities of daily living, leisure and recreation, or family activities can be particularly challenging for these clients. Occupational therapists assist elders in maintaining a sense of self-achievement through participation in activities.
