Instructions to Authors (Abstract)

  • Abstracts must be typed in English.
  • Single line spacing should be used for the text, with 12-point font (Times New Roman) kept within the frame borders.
  • The title of the abstract should be in capital letters, followed by the names of authors and the name and address of the institution where the work was carried out. The authors’ names should be presented with the surname first followed by the initials.
  • The name of the person presenting the paper should be underlined.
  • The text of the abstract should follow the order Title, Authors, Background and Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions in not more than 250 words (click this link for sample abstract).

Instructions to Authors (Workshop)

Apart from individual paper presentation, the 7th PPCR invites sharing of expertise and clinical experience in the format of workshops.

Workshops will provide opportunities for participants to explore a variety of topics in depth while allowing for flexibility in learning formats. Each workshop should have a specific title and clearly defined objectives. It is best if the content of the workshop is compatible with one of the sub-themes of the conference. Different delivery formats can be incorporated into the workshop, such as lectures, interactive group discussions, case studies, skills demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The duration of a workshop should be approximately one hour.

The workshop organizer is responsible for all aspects of planning the workshop, including inviting the workshop speakers. The organizer could also be one of the speakers. It is important that the organizer works with the invited speakers closely to make sure that the content of the workshop is consistent with the set objectives.

To submit a workshop application, please do the following:

Only AV equipment and standard furniture will be arranged by the Conference Secretariat.

- The deadline for submission is July 31, 2010.


- Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
- Authors will be informed of the success of their submissions before early July 2010.
- Authors should contact the Secretariat of the Conference if they have not received a reply by then.

論文摘要規定

  • 論文摘要須以英文書寫。
  • 文件中每句隔行書寫,字型大小為十二,字體使用 Times New Roman 類型,文件必須限定於邊界框中。
  • 論文摘要題目須以英文大楷顯示,作者姓名、工作機 構名稱及地址緊隨其後,作者姓名時必須以姓氏為先、 名字為後。
  • 宣讀論文的學者必須在底部劃線。

工作坊規定

除了個人的論文宣讀,大會將舉辦多個工作坊,以邀請學者參 予並分享其專業知識及臨床經驗。

工作坊將提供機會,讓參加者深度探討多個議題,同時亦容許 彈性的學習模式。每個工作坊須有特定的主題及清晰明確的目 標。工作坊的內容如能與大會其中一個副主題相容就最為理想。 各類的交流形式也可融入於工作坊中,如演講、互動小組討論、 個案研究、技術說明、或親手實踐等。工作坊的時限長 約一小時。

工作坊的組織者須負責規劃工作坊的各個方面,包括邀請工作坊 的講者等,組織者亦須為其中一個講者。組織者與受邀講者的緊 密合作是非常重要的,以確保工作坊內容與初定下的目標相符。

要提交工作坊申請,請跟從以下步驟:

  • 隨附A1大小的組織者及所有講者的履歷。

大會秘書處只提供影音器材及基本傢俱。
